NAIL BAR POLICIES

We love all our clients at High Cotton Nail Bar and want everyone to feel at home in our warm, welcoming salon. To ensure every guest enjoys a great experience, we’ve put a few simple policies in place. Take a quick read, and if you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.

Late Arrival, Cancellations & No Shows

At High Cotton, we understand that life happens! If you’re running late, please call us to let us know. Arriving more than 10 minutes past your appointment time may require us to adjust your service.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 2 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to another guest.

After 3 missed appointments without notice, we may no longer be able to book future appointments for you.

Friendly Reminder

We’ll send you a text 2 hours before your appointment. Please confirm at least 1 hour prior so we can keep your favorite spot reserved just for you.

Children & Guests

We understand little ones may need to come along sometimes. For everyone’s safety, please remember our salon contains sharp tools, chemicals, and equipment, and the manicurist’s stool and client chairs can easily tip over.

We kindly ask that children and guests stay in the waiting area unless they’re receiving a service.

Cell Phone

If you are using your mobile phone for live chat calls, Zoom meetings, or videos via FaceTime in the salon, we kindly ask that you use headphones.

Payment

We’re happy to accept cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted. Credit card payments include a small processing fee.

Jewelry/Valuables

We recommend leaving valuable items at home, as we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Your Satisfaction Matters

If something isn’t right during your service, please let our front desk know right away so we can make it better.

Respectful Environment

We want everyone to feel welcome. Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward staff will end the service and may prevent future appointments.

Gift Card

Final sale, non-refundable.

Valid for services or products, no tips.

No cash value, not exchangeable for cash.

Not replaceable if lost, stolen, or expired.

Present at checkout.

Right to Refuse Service

For the comfort, safety, and experience of all guests, High Cotton Nail Bar reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time.
This may apply in situations including, but not limited to:
Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other guests
Health or safety concerns (including open wounds, infections, or conditions requiring medical attention)
Late arrivals that affect scheduling flow
Requests that fall outside our service scope or professional standards
Our goal is to provide a relaxing, high-quality experience for every guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
